Withdrawal Policy
IRAQI JMS has a withdrawal policy to ensure that authors can withdraw their manuscripts at any stage of the publication process. This policy aims to provide a transparent and fair process for authors who would like to withdraw their manuscripts.
Important points about withdrawal policies:
Reason for Withdrawal:
Manuscripts may be withdrawn for a variety of reasons, including changes in authorship, ethical issues, or conflicts of interest. If an author wishes to retract a manuscript, please contact the editorial team as soon as possible.
-Withdrawal Process:
Authors must submit a written retraction request. The request should include the title of the manuscript, the name of the corresponding author, and the reason for the retraction.
-Withdrawal Fees:
IRAQI JMS charges no fee for withdrawing a manuscript.
-Publication Fees:
If the manuscript has been accepted for publication, the author may be required to pay a publication fee, depending on the stage of the publication process. Specific fees are specified in the author's agreement.
-Publication Status:
If a manuscript has been published online or in print, it cannot be withdrawn. Authors are encouraged to contact the Editorial Board to discuss any questions regarding the published article.
Refund:
If authors have paid publication fees, there is no refund for published manuscript.
